This wili confirr~ the enyagement of Mr Dan Pearson and Mr. Snapper Carr of your
firm by the City of Corp~as Chnsti to assist the Citywith governmental relations

~~ ~ >> directec by the City Manager They wili act as City liaisons for legislative and
r ~-:~,, .- regulatary matters deal~ng witr~ water legislation, water rights, general water issues,

assist the City. `egislat:ve members, and regulatory entities by providing data,
