SCOPf OF SERVICES B. Ad~ditional Services Construction Phase. The Engineer will perform contract administration to include the fo~lowing • Excess Reviews (beyond initial subm~ttal review) for conformance to contract documents, shop and working drawings, materials, and other submittals. • Additional Construction Observation - Make periodic visits to the site of the Pro~ect to observe the general progress and quality of work, and to determine, in general, if the work is being done in accordance with the contract documents.
