VN#iEREAS, the City o# Corpus Christi (City) ar~d Larry Mokry (Lessee) entered
in~ a Farming Lease, authorized by Ordinance No. 025214, to allow farming
operatians on 23.099 acres of land out of Lots 4-24, Block 10 and Lots 8-11,
Bl~ck 11, Saratoga Pl~rce and Lots 3 and 4, Section 7, Bohemian Colony Lands
for a period of one (1) year beginning on November 1, 2002, renewable year to
y~r for one (1) year te~rms; and
W~IEREAS, the Lease expires O~tober 31, 2006, and Lessee has requested in
wr~ting to renew the Fa~rming Lease for one year under the renewal clause;
N4W, THEREFORE, the Farming Lease between the City and the Lessee
a~horiz~d by Ordinar~e No. 025214, is renewed for an adrlitional one (1) year.
1. The ~trm of the Lea~e is extended to October 31, 2007.
2. All ottter conditions and requirements of the Lease remain unchanged.

This lease is for ?3.099 acres of City property located at Saratoga and Ayers. The agreement has
been executed in c~uplicate. This lease was approved by Ordinance No. 025214 which renews the
ehisti~g farm lease for another one -vear term.
