4. Authorizing acquisition of a parcel of land (#4) located on 7th Street
between Elizabeth and Booty Streets from NBC Bank of Corpus Christi
for $48,000 in connection with the Spohn Hospital Area Park project.
Funds were appropriated from the 12th Year Community Development Block
Grant Program by Ordinance No. 19395 on July 22, 1986.
