The Gity wiil pay the Consultant a not to exceed fee as set forth bv the Summary of Authonzed Fees for providing services specified in Section II.A and Exhibit A-8. The fee w~il be full and total compensation for services and for all expenses incurred in performing these serv~ces Consultan* will submit monthly statements for basic services rendered. The personnel will provide ass~stance to the ~ity Engineer through the oversight of City construction pr~jects ~his wifl include the general review of assignment of City construction inspectors, daily ~e~erts ae~d contractor pr~~gress ir~ acr_erdance with plans and specifications. Reports will describe construction progress in general t~rms and summarize project costs, cash flow, construction schedule anc pendirrg and approved contract modifications. Mainta~r a iocumer°, control system designed to track the processing of contractor's submittal~ and provide for filing and retrieval of project documentation. Prod~c~ morthly re~c~rts .ndicating the status of all submittals in the review process Send contractor's submittals, including requests for information, modif+cation requests shop drawings, schedules, and other submittals to the City's design cansultants t;~r review in accordance with the requirements of the constructian ~ontract ~ocuments far the projects.
