~epair, ~a~rta~n ~nspect, iay, ~perate and keep municipal public utility lines, and
franchiseci utility lines in on ove~ under and along said strip of land.

in Volume 56, Page 54, Map Records of Nueces County, Texas and being the land described in deed recorded in Document
No. ~002~t! 12 i~, Official Puhiic Reeords of Nueces County, Texas; said utility easement being fiuther deseribed as follows:
Beguming at a 5/8 inch iron rod found on the southeast boundary of said Laguna Madre Cove for the south corner of
said i~ot 49-A and for the south comer of this easement, from which Point of Beginning a National Geodetic Survey
monume~ stamp~d "SS-100" bears North 66"54'00" West 38,477. l? feet and another National Geodetic Survey monument
stamped "SR-0?0" bears North 53°~2'36" West 18.1[)6.63 feet;
Thence, North 61'28'S2" West, along the southwest boundary of said Lot 49-A, same being the southwest boundary
oT this easomen[, a distance of i 17.22 feet for the south comer of that portion of Whiteley Street closed by City of Corpus
Christi Chdinance No. 17712 (retained as a utility easement) and for the west comer of this easement;
Thence, North 28"37'31" East, along the southeast boundary of said road closure, same being the northwest
