referetced t~ the monumented right-of-way of Cimarron Boalevard.
Recor~ infor^~ation is derived from a6ove referenced recorded deed to Edna Mae Wade.
Begin~ing at a point, on the southeast right-of-way line of that certain 67.50 foot wide right-of-
way kaown as Cimarron Boulevard, at its intersection with the northeast boundary line of an
existing 115 foot wide drainage right-of-way, described in Document No. 515008, of the Real
ProperEy Records of Nueces County, Texas, for the west corner of this tract, from which point, a
5/8 inch iron rod, found, on the southwest boundary line of aforementioned Lot 1, Section 21,
bears South 28° 39' 10" West, a distance of 775.13 feet;
