TF-!AT I, Wifliam Edward Burdette (Grantor) of 2602 Rodd Field Road, Corpus
C~isti, Nueces County, Texas 78414, being my sole and separate property, in
cot~siderartion of s10.0~ (TEN DOLLARS) and other good and valuabte consideration
p~d by the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, 78469-9277, the receipt of
wt~ch is hereby acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey unto the City of
Co~pus Christi, Texas, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and
lec,~i rep~eesentatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement
af going in, on, over under and along a certain tract of tand situated in Nueces
Caunty, Texas. and being described as follows:
A map showing the location of the TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTI4N EASEMENT by crosshatching is
attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A".
This Temporary Constructior~ Easement is to be used for
working room and storage of materials and machinery
during the construction phase. This Temporary
Construc~#ion Easement automatically terminates upon
compfetion and acceptance of the improvements of the
Greenfiefd by the Bay Lift Station and Force Main project
by the City Manager of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas.
SI~ECIA~L PR4VISIONS:
1) It is expressly ~clerstood and agreed that tl~e City of Corpus Christi will
~tore the p~emises to the same condition as exis~d prior to
r.t~struction.
2) In the event the contractor cannot work within the easement areas,
t3rantor grants to Gran~ee a 10 ft by 296 ft. temporary construcfion
easement northeast of and adjacent to the subject temporary
cc~struction e~sement at an agreed price of ~275.00 (Two hundred and
seventy-five dc~llars).

Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus
Christ+: Texas, for the purpose of a~nstructing a wastewater force main
a~acent to the Prem~ses.
TD HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid
to the Ci~l of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use
as a TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT and right of way for so long as
used for such purposes, and when the use of said easement is abandoned, and then
afaresaid rights and privileges shall cease.
