TRANSMITTED VIA EMAIL AND ORIGINAL MAILED We have an AE contract to provide resident inspection services for the Downtown Drairt~ge lrnprovements projects. We are approaching the end of that contract amount, a sumrr~ary of cost to date is shown on the attached. This inspection has been provided for three separ~Mte projects. The Phase 1 Projed A- New Interceptors And Inlets (#2036) began Ja~uary 2005, the Phase I Project B- Kinney St. Pump Station (#2242) began November 2405 and the Phas! I I- Apnes St. Box Culvert 8 Diversion Lines (#2225) began January 2006. Both Phase I Projed A ar~l Phase II are completed. Phase I Project B- Kinney St. Pump Station is still under const~uction. in ader to continue to provide the res+dent inspection through mid-March 2007 we reque~st that our present AE contract be amended by $24,900 to add the engineering services to accor~plish this additional work.
