1. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids for
approximately 8,500 tons of backfill sand and 2,000 tons of sandy loam
soil. The term of this agreement will be twelve months with option to
extend for an additional twelve months at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager, or his designee. These items will be used by the Park and
Recreation, Gas, Water, and Wastewater Divisions. Estimated annual
expenditure is $52,000.
