2. Approval of specifications and authorization to receive bids for
safety shoe and boot service. The term of this agreement will be
twelve months with option to extend for an additional twelve months at
the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City manager, or his designee. Bidders are asked to quote a
percentage of discount from their published price list. Estimated
annual expenditure is $75,000.
