Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the purpose of-constructing a sidewalk across said property now occupied by Grantor and for the purposes of maintaining, servicing, repairing and inspecting said public sidewalk on and along the Premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a SIDEWALK EASEMENT for so long as used for such purpose, and if the use of said easement is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges shad cease.
