TO THE
AFFORDABLE HOUSING
PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH
RANDY FARRAR, DBA MIRAMAR HOMES
Thi~ first amendment ~"First Amendment") to the Affordabie Housing Program
Agr~eement ("Program Agreement") is made by and between the Corpus Christi
Bu~iness and Job Development Corporation ("Corporation"), the City of Corpus Christi
i"C~y~') and Randy Farrar, dba Miramar Homes ("Miramar").
WNEREAS, the Corporation, City and Miramar executed an agreement ("Agreement")
for ~e purpose of utiliz~ng ~A sales tax funds to accomplish the affordable housing
pr~ct described in the Agreement and in the Miramar proposal;
Wl~REl4S, the term of the Agreement was stated as twelve months from the date of
ex~ution of the contract;
Wi~REAS, the parties to the Agreement desire to execute this First Amendment to
rer~e the term provis~ons of the Agreement to extend the term for and additional twelve
m~ths.
NC~lN, Ti~REFORE, the parties to the Agreement agree to amend the Agreement as
fol~ws.
S~tion 1. Section 3 of the Agreement entitled "Term" is amended to read as follows:
"S~CTION 3. TERM.
~`The term of this Program Agreement extends ~e twentYfour (~24)
months from the date the last party executes this document. ("Effective
Da#e")"
Se~tion 2. By execution of this first Amendment, the parties agree to be bound by the
art~ndett term provision. All other provisions, obligations, and conditions of the
Agteem~tttt not changed by this First Amendment remain the same and in full force and
efffieect.
