Each of the undersigned hereby guarantees and warrants that he is the legal owner of the interest hereinabove indicated,
and authorized Suemaur Exploration & Production, LLC, or any person or corporation designated by it, until further written
notice, to receive production pursuant to the above transfer, hereby agreeing to all terms and conditions of the division order
heretofore in force. It is agreed that if the proceeds for any of the undersigned amount to less than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00)
for one month, Suernaur Exploration & Production, LLC, may, at its option, defer payment to such party until the proceeds total
that sum, provided that if no payment has been made during that calendar year, payment of all accumulated amounts shall be made
in the month of December of that year regardless of the amount.
The undersigned owner agrees to notify Suernaur Exploration & Production, LLC promptly in writing of any change in
their fractional interest set forth above, and such change shall be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such
notice. The undersigned also agrees to indemnify and hold Suemaur Exploration & Production, LLC harmless from loss or
damage that may arise for the undersigned's failure to give such notice.
This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original for all
purposes. This instrument shall be binding on all who execute regardless of whether all named parties execute the document or
not. The counterparts may be disassembled and the signature and acknowledgment pages reassembled into one document for
recording purposes.
