CF.NTS ($132.80}, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Corpus
Christi, of 1201 Leopard St., Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78401, a Texas Home Rule
munici~al co~poration, does hereby release, relinquish and surrender to Herbert R. Saenz and wife
Jennif~r M. Saenz, their heir's and assigns, a11 rights and privileges granted in a Temporary
Consttuction Easement made and entered into by and between Onac Developers, Ine., as Grantor,
and tl~c City af Corpus Christi, as Crrantee, concerning the following described property in Nueces
Caunty_
Lot 9, Block 4, The Boardwalk Unit 1
6914 Boardwalk Avenue, Corpus Christi, Tezas
Said U#ility Easement along with a Temporary Construction Easement recorded in the office of the
County Clerk of Nueces Cuunty as Doc.#200403 1 3 1 3 on June 28, 2004 and a Correction Utility
Easement along with a Temporary Construction Easement as Doc.#2005018257 on March 13, 2005.
