THIS amends the Utility Easement filed and recorded on January 5, 2007 in Nueces
Cou~ty, Te~cas, Documerrt No. 2007~00636, by which N3 DEVELOPMENT, LTD. (Grantor)
grar~ed to THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI (Grantee) a Utility Easement referenced
herein and forever incorporated, referred to herein as the "Existing Utility Easement".
RECITALS
i/1/HEREAS Grantor granted and conveyed to Grantee a Utility Easement; and
WHEREAS, the City's project has entered the construction phase and the limits of
the {~tility Easement granted (the "Premises") are not sufficient and need to be extended
to the adjoir~ing p~operty line; and:
WMEREAS, Grantor and Grantee desire to amend the Existing Utility Easement to
char~ge the property description of the Premises:
THEREFC)RE, KNOW BY ALL THESE PRESENTS:
The second paragraph of the Existing Utility Easement is amended as follows:
See the metes and bounds description for the Utility Easement
attached and incorporated as ~~h~~"°" Exhibit "C"(the "Premises").
A map sha~ving the location of the Utility Easement is attached and
incorporated as ~~h~~-"-~" Exhibit "D".
Thi~ amends that Existing Utility Easement instrument executed by Grantor, N3
Developme~t, filed and recorded on January 5, 20007, Document No. 2004043058, Deed
Rec;~rds, Nueces County, Texas, by replacing Exhibits "A" and ""B" with Exhibits "C" and
"D", respedively and in all other respects confirms said Existing Utility Easement.

Being ~ 15 foot wide utility easement within Lot I7-B, Block 8, Hopper Addition Unit 2,
recordid in Yolume 56, Pages 159-160, Map Records Nueces County, Texas, and this
easem~t beittg more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Begin~ping at the southwest corner of this easement, said corner also being on the west
bound~y of said Lot 17-B, the same being the east right-of-way line of South Sta.ples
Street ~d frcsm which the southwest corner of said Lot 17-B bears S 31-04-00 E, 25.01
feet;
Thence S 76-03-00 E with the south boundary of this easement, 35.37 feet, to a corner of
this ea~emeni being on the south boundary of said Lat 17-B;
T'henc~ N 58-58-00 E with the south boundary of said Lot 17-B, the sarne being the south
boun~y of this easement, 247.24 feet, to the southeast corner of this easement, the same
