The City of Corpus Christi, Texas. reserves the r~ght to revoke this consent upon sixty (60) day's notice and require the removal of the encroaching improvements at the cost and expense of the Housing Autnority of Corpus ~~hnsti. Texas Should the Housing Authority of Corpus Christi, Texas, fail or refuse to remove the encroaching improvements after receiving notice of the revocation of this consent to encroachment, the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, may cause the removal of the encroaching improvements. at the sole cost and expense of tMe Housing Authority of Corpus Christi, Texas. This agreement shall be construed ~n accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
