th~se grant funds, the ~rantee a~~Cnowledges responsibility to provide infarmatinn ~o ~he Crantar ~o er~sure compliance with Frogram
re~Ulr~m~nts. In order to comply with these requirements, the Grantee agrees ~o submit reparts that ar~e titn~ly, accurate, auditahle, and
consister~t with definitians.
Grantee must ~ubmit a~~al Performan~e Report once al~ gran~ f~nds are expended and all program r~quirements ar~ accomplished. At the
~onclusiar~ of the award, any system recei~ing fu~d~ will be required to pa~ticipate in gatherin~ and st~bmittir~g a Perfo~manc~ Report that
