2. Accepting the Library Furniture portion of the Corpus Christi Public
Library Furniture and Furnishings Project and authorizing final
payment of $27,231.23 to Yochem's Business & Residential Interiors.
This firm provided chairs, sofas, desks, cabinets and other furniture
items for the offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, reading and
lounge areas in the new library building at a total cost of $150,849.
