3. Approving the recommendation of the Bay Drilling Committee that a
permit be granted to Joseph T. Dawson to drill a well for oil and /or
gas at an exceptional location one mile seaward of the Ingleside area
shoreline in Corpus Christi Bay State Tract No. 8.
