The City of Corpus Christi, a Texas home rule municipal corporation, P.O. Box 9277, Corpus Christi, Nueces
County, Texas 78469-9277 (City} acting through its duiy authorizecf City Manager or Designee {Director of
Engineering Services} and Pierce Goodwin Alexander and Linville {PGAL}, Inc., a Texas corporation, 5555
Sam FeEipe, Suite 1QOQ, Hauston, Texas 77056, (ArchitectlEngineer-AlE), hereby agree to the amendment
of the Contract for Professional Services authorized by Motian No. 2004-224 on June 8, 2004 and September
~3, 2005 and administratively amended February 1fi, 2006 and administratively amended on April 18, 200fi
and administrativefy amended an May 19, 2006 and by Motion No. 2006-272 on August 29, 2006 and
administratively amended September 11, 2006 as follows:
Arrtendment No. 8 is revised to read as follows:
• "Exhibit A, 1-Scope of Services, B-Additianal Services, is amended by the addition of two Master
Plan ~resentations (Planning Commission and City Council).
Exhibit A, Section C Summary of Fees, is amended by the authorize services an additional total fee not to
exceed fee of $S,Q00.0~ for additiona! presentatians, travel and perdiem forAdditional Services forthe~e~e€~
Master Plan Uodate.
The total Amendment No. 8 not to exceed fee inclusive af all expenses is $B,OOO.Oa. PGAL will in~oice the
City for Amendment Na. 8 based on the ~ngineer's estimate of the percentage of the analysis comp~eted.
Invoices for trarrel, per diem and lodging will be evidenced by a copy of in~oices.
The restated total not to exceed fee inclvsive of all expenses is $1,897,458.00."
A!f other terms and conditions of the June 8, 2004 contract, as amended, between tfi~e City and Consultantwill
remain in full force and effect.
