Temporary Constructiion Easement

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, Southside Mini-Storage, LLC. (GRANTOR} of 3207 Rodd Field Rd., Corpus Christi,
Nueces County, Texas 7$414 in cansideration of $10A0 (TEN DOLLARS) and other good and
valuable consideration paid by the City of Corpus Christi (GRANTEE), of P. O. Box 9277, Corpus
Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78469-9277, the receipt of which is hereby acknowiedged, has
conveyed, and does convey unto the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal
corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege,
and easement of g~ing in, on, over, under and along a certain ~ract of land situated in Nueces County,
Texas, and being described as follows:

EASEMENT (cross hatched) is attached as Exhibit "A".
This Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance of
the Master Channe127 Drainage Improvements project by the City Manager of the City af Cozpus
Christi or his designee.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
1. At the end of each work day, Grantee agrees to piace a plastic mesh barrier fence (or
suitable temporary fencing) across the opening created within the chain link fence along
the Brookc Road property boundary. The temporary closure is to provide a barrier to
deter after hours trespassing and is not guaranteed to be secure.
2. At the request af the Grantor, vpon co~nple~ion of the drainage project the existing ch~in
link fence will be restored fn the same locatian and will not be relocated to property Iine
created when the City of Corpus Christi acquired the 20' along the back of the property.
3. The City o~ Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land within the te~nporary construction
easement to the same or be#ter condit~on. All canstruction is ta be done in a prudent and
workmanlike manner.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, for the
purpose of constructing drainage improvements adjacent to ~he Premises in connection with the
Master Channe127 project.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SIlVGLJLAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to ~l~e City
af Co'rpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTIQN EASEMENT and right ofway for so long as used far such purposes, and when
the use of said easement is abandoned, and then aforesaid rights and privileges shall ceas~.
