(Grantor} of 14646 Compass Street, #7, Corpus Cl~risti, Nueces County, Texas, 78418 in consideration of $10.00 {Ten Dollars} and other good and valuable consideration paid by the City of Corpus Christi, {Grantee) 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Nueces Courity, Texas 78469-9277 the receipt of which is hezeby acknowledged, has conveyed, and does convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule municipal corporation, its successars and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows: See the metes and bounds property description attached and incorporated as "Exhibit A". (Premises) A map showing the location of the RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT together with a Temparary Construction. Easement 15 attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". {Premises} The Temparary Construction Easements is fi.irther described as a 15 foot wide construction easement, south of and adjacent to the permanent right of way easement. Said temporary consiructian easement is to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporaiy ConsEruction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance ofthe improvements ofthe Waldron Road/Purdue Glen Oak & Mediterranean Extension project by the City Manager of th~ City of Corpus Christi, Texas. Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its franchisees, to constr~ct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and appurtenances upon said Premises for the p~blic use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all other vehicles and alI other means of transportatian necessary ar convenient at all times and in a~~ seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, arepair, service and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and along said Premises.
