(Premises) A map showing the location of the RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT together with a Temparary Construction. Easement 15 attached and incorporated as "Exhibit B". {Premises} The Temparary Construction Easements is fi.irther described as a 15 foot wide construction easement, south of and adjacent to the permanent right of way easement. Said temporary consiructian easement is to be used for working room and storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The Temporaiy ConsEruction Easement automatically terminates upon completion and acceptance ofthe improvements ofthe Waldron Road/Purdue Glen Oak & Mediterranean Extension project by the City Manager of th~ City of Corpus Christi, Texas. Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and its franchisees, to constr~ct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and appurtenances upon said Premises for the p~blic use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and all other vehicles and alI other means of transportatian necessary ar convenient at all times and in a~~ seasons in, along and upon said Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, arepair, service and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and along said Premises.
