relyir~~ on a thard party ~Pyle and Assa~iates} to prepare th~ required su~v~y drawings for the prajec#. Py~e and Associates
provided tl~e sunreying servic~s directiy to the City. ~he survey drawings wer~ suhmitk~d in several parts ov~r an extend~d
tim~ p~riod and ~ach ~ubm~##al required extensive and ~nultiple reviews and ed~ts, ~xtensive consuEtation with fh~ ~unrey
frm, and mul#iple requests for modifcations in orde~ #~ ~ake th~ survey drawings ~uitabEe ~or use ir~ t~e d~sigr~ paclra~e~ ~n
addition, s~nrey draw~ng~ for ~ la~ations wer~ never received and are exp~ct~d t~ ~~ provided by anothe~ surv~y f+rm

there i~ a~otal of ~33,~D0 included in th~ additional f~es for per~nitting o~ whi~h $8,8~~ is for "nationwid~ permits".
HDf~l~hiner Mo~eley ha~ been arrangin~ for the necessary pe~mit~ un~~r the $8,8~~ 4r~a#i~nwide permits funds~.
I~QR1~hiner Mvseley k~as I~a~ne~ that additional ~'~C D~T} p$rmits wil~ be required. ~~nce t~e T~( D~T permits go beyond
the ~cope for "r~a~ionw~de permi~s~, ~IDl~l~h~n~r Moseley will be utilizin~ the p~rmit~ing f~nds far "other than ~orps of
~ngineers" perm~ts ~up ta an add~#~onal $5,5~0 of the total of ~33,000 in additiunal funds for permitting} to ar~an~e for th~ T~
DOT permits. The~e se~vices bring the author~red additional relevant perm~~ing funds ta a total o~ ~14,30D.
