CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN
THE TEXAS CONIMISSI4N ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
AND CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS

AMENDMENT NUMBER 1
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and City of Corpus Christi (1'ERFORMING
PARTY} hereby agree to extend Contract Number 582-6-70$88 through August 31, 2008. Under this
amendment, no funds are included in the Annual Contract Price for FY08, but TCEQ expects to convert
unexpended FY07 funds remaining in this contract to FYQ$ funds. PERFORMING PARTY shall perform
no work under this Agreement during FY08 until it has confii-med that TCEQ has converted the unexpended
FY~7 funds ta FY08 funds. TCEQ reserves the right to subsequently increase or decrease the funds available
under this contract in subsequent amendments.
With this amendment, the Annual Contract Price far each ~scal year of the contract, and the Maximum .
TCEQ Obligation over the Term of the Contract, are:
