of O~LC's ILI~iad ILL manag~m~nt software tool. Th~ pxogress r~ports will be evalua~~d by Crantor ta ~~~tify ~hat ~rantee has
made re~sana6le effor~s ~o ~ol~a~arate ~n a timely fashian with ~ran~ar to ensur~ e€fictent and ef~e~tive imple~nentation of the
tool. C'xrantor is hosting th~ ILLiad se~~r ta benefit program participants, and timely implementation is required ta achieve full
~enefits o~ the sa~~+are application. The quarterly ILLiad reports are due on the sarr~e dat~s as the F~~ s~hedul~, a~ listed in
