CHANGE AS FOLLOWS: ADD
1. Remove existing air handling unit located in mechanical roam, rerr~ove
Electrical and piping as required, remove duct work above floar level, remove
existing variable frequency dri~e, install new variable frequency drive, install
new York air hancfling unit in penthouse mechanical room, install new ductwork
from unit to existing duct system at floor, install piping from existing piping to
new air handling unit, insuiate new ductwork and piping, test and baiance
water and air flow through unit, install Johnson controls for air handling unit,
pro~ide new electricaf to new unit, start unit and verify praper operation
of unit. $67,560.~0
