for v~~ich the ~ub~rantee has assumed som~ cos~ sharing, those v~hich prop~~e to assume the 1ar~e~~
per~~nt~ge of~u~sequent project casts, an~ ~ha~e v~hich have demonstrated p~~formance tha~t is
acceptable to the Depa~trr~ent.

~a~ment of casts incurred hereunder is canti~gent upon the a~r~ilabi~it~ of funds~ Zf ~t an~r time during
this ~rant Period, the Department determines ~~t there i~ in~u~~ient funding to ~onti~ue t~e pr~ject, the
Depar~ment shall so notify the 5ubgrante~, gi~ing noti~e ~f intent to ter~ninate thi~ Agree~e~t, ~s
spe~if ied in Arti~~e 11 ~f ~his Agreement. If a~ t~e end of ~~e~e~r~l ~s~a~ ~ear, the De~artment determines
that there is suf~cient fun~ing an~ perf~rmance to continue the pr~ject, t~e ~epartment may so no~if~ the
~ubgrantee to ~ontinue t~i~ agre~rri~nt.
