Jaycaa Field Lease
Whereas, the pity of corpus Christi and the corpus Christi Independent School District
previously authorised a ten~year lease agreement far Jaycee Field, approved by the pity council
an January 7,1997, ~""Lease""}, attached as Lhibit 1;
whereas, the parties have operated under the month~to~rnonth provisions of the Lease since
January 7, ~~07;
whereas, the lease contains a provision to allow an option to renew fvr an additional ten year
tarn;
Now, therefore} the parties agree as follows.
1. The Jaycee Field Lease betwean the pity of corpus Christi and corpus Christi
Indapendent School District, approved by pity vuncil an January 7, 1997, is hereby
renewed far an additional 1 ~ year term, which term will and an January 7, ~~ 17,
2, All terms and conditions of tha original loose continue and remain in effect
throughout extended term of the agreements
