SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be modified to increase the scope as outlined in the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "A" Letter Proposal. EXHIBIT "A", SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modified as showing the attached Amendment No. 2, Exhibit "B", a revised fee not to exceed 7 853.00 (Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three Dollars and Zero Cents), for a total restated fee not to exceed $144,853.00 One Hundred Fort Four Thousand Ei ht Hundred Fift Three Dollars and Zero Cents .
