Please allow this letter to serve as our formal request to amend our Co~~tract to include Professional Services
as detailed in the attachments for the above referenced project. Co~~tract Amendment loo. 7 consists of
construction observation services for the improvements to Biawer Ho~~se ~Io. ~ and the installation of stand
by generators at the Dso water Reclamation Plant. The above rnentioried i~nprovcments were not included in
the original contract for this project,
The fatal fee for Arnendrr~ent No. ~ is ~~Z,S8D~~0. The construction cost for these in~pravernents is
$9$0,4~O.IIO. The design, bid, and canstruction of this project were included with the Clarifier Structural
Improvements Bridges No~ S, ~} 7, glAerobic Digester No. 21Blawer House X10.2 Improvements, Project
No. ?35~.
This project bid an June ~7, 2IIa7 and vas awarded by Council on July ~4, ~~07 to R.S. Black Ci~ril
Contractors, Inc,
