Home Rule municipal corporation, its successors and legal representatives, the free and
unintcrTapted use, liberty, privilege, and easement of going in, on, over, under and along a certain
tract of land situated in Nueces County, Texas and being described a follows:

SPECIAL PR~VIS~~NS :
1, Sign Relocation. grantee agrees to pay grantor the estimated cast to relocate sign, Grantor
agrees to relocate the sign before January 1, X008. Crrantor agrees that if the sign is not
relocated prior to the start of the road construction project, grantee may demolish and
remove the sign without any additional financial consideration to the Grantor.
Z. All construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the 1ty ofCorpus Christi, Texas, and its
franchisees, to construct, operate, repair and maintain streets, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and
appurtenances upon said Premises for the public use by foot, with automobiles, carts, carriages and
all other vehicles and all other rrieans oftrar~spartation necessary or convenient at all times and in all
seasons in, along and upon sold Premises, as well as to lay, operate, inspect, replace, repair, er~irce
and maintain public utility lines, storm sewers, and franchised utility lines in, on, over, under and
along said Premises.
T~ HAVE AND TQ HQLD, all and singular, the rights grid privileges aforesaid to the City of
Carpus Christi, Texas, its successors, legal representatives, franchisees and the public, for the proper
use as public streets and utility easements for sa long as used for such purposes, and if the use for
said easements and rights ofway is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights aril privileges cease.
