SCOPE OF SERVICES, PART B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES shall be modified by the additional paragraph shown below: 9. Driveway Options onto Ennis Joslin. Additional fees for developing different driveway options into the Oso Water Reclamation Plant from Ennis Joslin and coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation on passible driveway locations. As of September 11, 2007, no other work on this item has been requested. The total fees incurred far this item are shown through September 11, 2007. Any other work requested for this item after September 11, 2007 will result in additional amendments to the contract. EXHIBIT "A"SECTION 3. FEES, PART C. SUMMARY OF FEES shall be modifed by the attached Summary of Fees as shown in the attached Exhibit "A."
