Bcape of Services is amended to have ubsectian L. Task ~~ read: II. SCOPE ~F SERVICES Illl. Task ~ ~ -Additional Coordination Meetings The Consultant will provide approximately ten additional coordination meetings, coordination with customer cities and technical expert{s} retained by the City of Carpus Christi or its customer cities. This Task does not provide far any allocation associated with ar that may arise due to TC~Q issues. Section ill. Fees Authorized is amended to read as follaws~ IIl. FEES AUTFI~RI!~ED The City v~ill pay the Consultant a fatal not to exceed fee of 384,~a.Qa, The fee consists of an original contract fee of ~~,1g~.04, an Amendment No. 1 fee of ~4,50~.Oa, an Amendment No. ~ fee of ~~,a~~.a0 and an Amendment lVo. fee of ~,a~0.~a and an Amendment IVa. 4 fee of 4~4,~~~.a0. This fee will be full and total cor~penatian far all services provided and authorized expenses incurred in performing the tasks specified. Authorized expenses include out of town travel, lodging, and rneal. Nfileage will be reimbursed at the IRS authorized rate. ether authorized expenses will be reimbursed upon submission photocopies of receipts. The City will reimburse the Consultant far authorized expenses in an amount not to exceed ~,O~g.00, The Consultant vuill not be reimbursed for mileage vuhile traveling within the City of Corpus Christi. The table "Summary of Fees" shall be used vuhen calculating the fee due far the proportion of services campleted~ The City shall make prompt payments in response to Consultant's statements for Professional Services. Billing far services providedl will be based on the Consultant's estimate of the percent of services complete at the time of billing. However, in no case gill the billing exceed 9~°lo until the delivery of any documents has been reviewed and accepted by the City. Billing far services provided as park of Amendment No. 4 will be based on the actual number of hours worked tunes the billing rate for the employee. Amendr~ent Na. 4 includes payment for autharized expenses in an amount not to exceed $,8G~.~a Consultant gill submit r~vnthly statements for work autharized by the Assistant l~irectar of Engineering Services and performed by the Consultant, The staternent will be bawd upon Consultant's record of actual hours worked times the hourly billing rate far the City of the proportion of the total services actually completed at the time of billing.
