Dear Mr. Shoemaker:
Our office is requesting that fees for additional services be provided by the City for the
change of professional engineering services that transpired during the preparation of
construction plans for the aforementioned project. The change of services resulted from
the City Storm Water Department's request to upgrade the underground storm water
system and the conversion of existing grate inlets to curb inlets that are contained within

and compute more quantities; and revise the construction cost estimate and construction
schedule. The final construction cost has been estimated to be $3,449,000, based on
final completed construction plans.

various project phases, which totals to $62,820 i.e., $47,400 for basic services, $15,420

encroachment and Historical Commission issues. Please note that a total credit of
$21,100 will be assessed to the original E contract for various services that were not
