VvHEREAS, the parties mutually agree to further amend the terms of the Master Agreement,
I~Ow, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1, The third sentence in Paragraph ~ general Terns; Effectiveness} is hereby reinserted as follows:
"If the actual cost is lower than the estimate, you agree that we may adjust the lease Payment
and~ar Purchase} Option Price accordingly downward up to the actual cast,"
~. All provisions of the Master Agreement not amended by this Third Amendment shall remain in full
force and effect as set forth in the Master Agreement,
