Corpus Christi, Texas X8401 Dear Mr. Nae, This letter serves as an agreement between the qty of Carpus Christi the City} and the Social science Research Center USSR} of the College of Liberal Arts, Texas ABM ~Jniversity - orpus Christi to conduct: Survey research regarding the level of satisfaction of internal customers within the City of Corpus Christi; A ammunicat~on audit within the City of Corpus Christi, Texas Report the results of both at the meeting currently scheduled on or about February , 2008 A "Communication. Colors" workshop at the meeting currently scheduled for February ~~~~ A "Nonverbal Communication" presentation at the rrieeting currently scheduled for February 8 ~, 2~OS The SSR with Dr. Daniel Jorgensen will serve as Principal Investigator API} for these efforts. The research will include two Internet based surveys of appropriate City of Corpus Christi staff, The surveys will utilize instruments prepared by the SRC and approved by City personnel, The PI will create the survey questionnaires, and supervise the data gathering. The principal investigator will also analyze the data from this research to compare it with benchmarks or appropriate data from other sources. It is projected that the data collection will take place between November 15th and December 15th, Drafts report wfll be available to the City by January 25ti', 2008. The FI reserves the right to report data and findings in academic publications and media. ,Additionally, the Social science Research Center will conduct a "Communication Colors" workshop and a presentation on "Nonverbal Communication" during the rrieetlr~g currently scheduled far February 8 ~, 2008.
