WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi (City) and Julius ~dansky, Jr. (Lessee)
entered into a Farming Lease, authorized by Ordinance No. 025213, to allow
farming operations o~ 20.598 acres of land out of Lot 5, Sec#ion 8, Bohemian
Colony Lands for a period of one {1) year beginning on November 1, 2002,
renewable year to year for one (1) year #erms; and
