Approving a supply agreement for approximately 10,000 gallons of
pavement marking paint based on low bid. The term of the agreement
will be twelve months with option to extend for an additional twelve
months at the same terms and conditions, subject to the approval of
the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This paint will be
used for street lane markings. Ten bid invitations were issued and
two bids were received. Prices have decreased approximately 77 based
on previous open market purchases. Funds were approved in the 1986 -87
budget.
