The existing waterline on ~.eid Drive, between McCall Street and Harrison Street is an old AC pipe. New street
construction on tap of this lire is not advisable because future breaks would mean digging up new pavement to make
repairs. Lifec~rcle con~ideratians make it advisable to replace the line.
