This will include the development of project scopes, project budgets, schedules, and architectural~engineer proposals. The Consultant will conduct proposal evaluations, contract negotiations, review of project plans and specifications per City standards, assist with contract bidding, evaluation and award. The Consultantwill coordinatewith City Deparkments, consultants, and contractors. Typical services will include: Attend design review meetings and pre-construction conferences with the City staff, City Engineer, City's design consultants and construction contractor's key personnel. Establish communication procedures with City staff, City Engineer} City's design consultants and Contractor a.
