laid Temporary Construction Fasernent is to be used far working room and
storage of materials and machinery during the construction phase. The
Temporary Construction Easement automatically terminates upon completion
of the drainage improvements of the Master Channel 27 project and
acceptance by the City Manager of the City of Carpus Christi, Texas or his

Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and far the City afCorpu Christi, Texas, for the
purpose of constructing a drainage channel grid associated facllltles slang the Premrses.
PECf~.L PR~VII~IV:
1. Upon co.pletion of the project, grantee's contractor will restore the Rand to its original
condition.
2~ All other structures, improvements, and fencing that are to be moved during construction
w111 be placed back to their original locations and condition.
During the construction period, free ingress and egress will be maintained to the property
described above.
TO ~IA~E AND TO I~IOLD, ALL AND INULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas, its successors and legal representatives, for use as a Temporary
~ Right-of way until the completion ofthe Master Channel 27 project and
