2. Approving the following actions on the Oso Trunk Sewer Main
Sliplining, Phase I project:
a. The contractor be granted a 45 -day time extension.
b. $25,000 be withheld from remaining funds due the contractor
pending resolution of a damage claim by Southwestern Bell
Telephone Company along the route of the work.
C. Payment of remaining funds in the amount of $153,106.12 be
authorized to Channel Construction Co., Inc.
d. An interim, but not final, acceptance of the project be made.
The total cost of the work performed by Channel Construction Company
is $1,733,973.70.
