re~ponsibility far PRDJ~~~ ~ontr~ctor's me~ns, m~thods, techniques,
sequences or procedures of constructi~n, ~nd it is underst~od that the fin~1
servic~s provided by "LAB" will not r~lieve the PR~JECT Co~tr~ctor of his
re~ponsibilities for p~~orming the v~ork in a~cordanc~ wi~h THE PROJE~T plan~
~nd sp~~fications, For the purpo~es of this A~REEM~NT, the word '"inspection"
