SCOPE OF SERVICES, SECTION B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES, 4. Construction Observation Services shall be modified by the addition of the following scope: Additional construction observation due to the additional construe#ion contract time of 65 days, for a total construction period of 370 days. ^ Summary of Fees is amended as described in the attached Exhibit "A" for a revised fee not to exceed 6 320.00 Six Thousand Three Hundred Twen Dollars and Zero Cents Z, far a total restated fee not to exceed 276 325.00 [Two Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Five Dollars and Zero Centsl. ~ ~~ ~~~- Ali other terms and conditions of the Contract and Amendments between the City and Consultant will remain in full force and effect.
