II~ORI~ ORDER TC AUTHORIZE PAYMENT FORADDITIONAL SERVICES
UNDER LANDFILL ERI~ICE AGREEMENT
This work order is for additional services a authorized by Article li', Section ~,o~~a~~xvii}
of the Landfill Services Agreement between the pity of corpus Christi, a Texas home
rule municipal corporation ~"pity"~ and BFR I~vaste Services of North America ~"BFI"},
dated February ~4,
~ . BFI will conduct excavations at efe 1lalenzuela Landfill consisting of an
approximate maxir~um volume of ~g,40D cubic yards. It is anticipated that BFI will
excavate a minimum volume of approximately ~4~,D~0 cubic yards
a. BFI will pre-excavate soil to in accordance with the attached Cefe F.1lalenzuel
Landfill Site Development Plan Sheet titled Sector 4A Excavation Plan and
Sheet titled Sector 4A sections dated February ~8, ~a~~.
b. BFI will stockpile excavated material in accordance with the Notes ~ and ~ on
efe F.1lalenzuela Landfill Site Development Plan Sheet D-1.
. The rate set out for the additional work authorized by this ~Jllork Crder will be as set
forth in the rates specified in Exhibit A of the Landfill Service Agreement. BFi
agrees to start work at the earliest feasible date and to complete excavation activity
on April 2~~ unless instructed otherwise. The anticipated cost of excavation
based on the rates set forth in Exhibit A is not to exceed 4~O,Og~.00.
