Approving renewal of a lease agreement between the City of Corpus
Christi Jobs Training Program and Israel Goltzman & Sons for office
space at 606 Waco. Terms of the lease are $1,150 per month for nine
months. Funds are available through the JTPA and NCOA Program
budgets.
