Travel and living Expenses: Travel and living expenses are in addition to the prices quoted above and will be invoiced
as incurred and shall be governed by the SunGard Public Sector Corporate Travel and
Expense Reimbursement Policy. Travel and living expenses actually incurred in prior
moms for which SunOard Public Sector is seelring reimburserrzent, shall also be invoiced
rr~arrthly.

Public Sector will recarrna~end the appropriate hardware Customer should purchase. Proctu~ern~ent of additional hardware to meet

pm~chase ofadditianai hardware, attempts will be made to purge the ystenx in an effat# to create additional dish space. Should
the disk cleanup prove to be insufficient and Custorrrer is unable to purchase the recommend hardware, SunGard Public Secto~~

primary Naviline server, backup Naviline server, Click-~~av server, ar~d the Selectror~ I1~R
server.

The Client will be required to provide secure Internet access to the ~~CC.
Using remote access, SunCard Public Sector Inc. will install softv~are agents on
each device that is to be monitored, The client will be required to assist in the
event that security configurations need to be altered to allow this task to be
completed.
All monitored devices wili tranrr~it monitoring data to tyre DCC which ~vili in turn
transmit notifications to the Sunard Public Sector inc, Network operations Center
ENO}.
Sun~ard Public Sector Inc, gill configure the Administrative console, located in the
Sunard Public Sector Inc. NBC, to receive data frorr~ the ADC.
The Administrative console vuill then be canfigured to notify the client of any
monitored event deemed significant by the Client. These notifications will be sent
vie email, text message, or pager. Ail the items to be monitored will be weli defined
end signed off by bath Sunrd Public Sector Inc. and the City of Corpus Christi,
T~ via the Iernate Monitoring guidelines document after contract execution.
SunCard Pubiic Sector Inc. is responsible for ~4l7' monitoring of the cor~porrents

Event natifications gill be researched and remedied to the extent that is possible
underthe constraints of ecuri#~ and physical lacation. Far exarnple,
malfunctioning hardware at the client site cannot be replaced by SunOard Public
Sector lr~c. due to its location. Additionally, network and application security
constraints may squire that a Client representative with the appropriate security
privileges resolve the issue after being notified by Sunard Public Sector Inc. .
SunCard Public Sector Inc. will manage the daily and weekly backup processes,
The Client gill be responsible far changing media in the backup device, if and when
necessary, as directed by Sunard Public Sector inc.
SunCard Public Sector lnc, will assist and advise the Client with storage
management issues. The Client will be responsible for the purchase and
installation of new hardware if and when these issues arise.
SunOard Public Sector fnc. will apply a maximum of three Sunard Public Sector
application version upgrades or PTFs per year. The upgrade or PTF load i
expected to be performed remotely. A Sunard Public Sector Inc. representative
will contact the Client at least one month in advance of a planned upgrade, in
order to organize the timing and discuss potential impact to the client's systern, if
any. The schedule can be changed based on these discussions if necessary.
In the event that an upgrade or PTF Coed requires an unite visit, the client will be
responsible fortravel and e~cpene fartechnical resources
Depending an the severity of an issue that would be resolved by additional PTF
loads, additional PTl~ loads can be scheduled a resource constraints permit,

Client will be responsible for travel and living expenses of the #ehnical resource
performing the upgrade ansite. The Client must can#inue #o maintain hardware and
software support on any equipment and software being monitored or managed
within this agreement.
Sunard Public ectvr Inc. gill perform new unard Public hector application -
installationsand upgrades as needed. Remote installations will be the preferred
method of irnplement'rng new applications, If a site visit is required due to technical
requirerr~ents, the Client will be responsible far travel and expenses ofthe -
technical resource performing the installation.

responsible for the purchase and installation of new hardware.

folfoing: DRP~ for all user IDs, printers, library lists, etc. This ahange gill be fairly
