The Summary of Fees is amended as specified in Exhibit "B'r, attached. Stowers; The original intent of the point Access corridors was to prepare documents associated with access management including revisions to the pity's Driveway ordinance. At a meeting hefd in April ~aa~, HD~ was requested to assist Development services ~tai~f in working with the Unified Development Code {ul~~~ Access Management Commit#ee in the development of a comparison matrix and attend one of the committee r~eetings. In a letter to Mr. Escobar dated April ~ ~g0~ we requested additional fee of ~~,~oo for these services as they were not part of the contract copy attached}, No amendment to our contract has been processed. After attending That UDG Access Management Committee meeting, HDP was asked to continue to assist the Development services staff and the UDC committee in drafting the Access Managemeni; chapter of the codeF To that end, since April HDR staff has attended monthly meetings of the committee, provided drat language fnr particular sections, provided data ar~d information ors other cities practices, and met with Development services and Tffic Engineering staff to discuss key aspects of the ordinance.
