(MEI) is pleased to submit our fee proposal far providing additional services for the Up River Road Project (Project No. 6265) as outlined in the attached Man Haur Estimate. The scope of services and corresponding fees are shown below: Scope of Services and Fees 1. Design modifications to water, wastewater, storm water, pavement marking, signage, and traffic control drawings to accommodate the interface of Up River Rd. with the Maple Hills Unit 5 Subdivision. This work will require revisions to approximately 12 construction drawings. Additional Services Fee: $3,122.00 2. Provide design, construction drawings and technical specifications for repairs to a valve vault over a 24 inch water main at Sta. 897+41 Up River Rd. The repairs will include providing a new sump pump dewatering system, an interface for connection to the O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant SCADA System, and repairs and improvements to the concrete valve vault. Additional Services Fee: $19,358,00 3. Perform a topographic survey of Carbon Plant Road from Up River Road to the Frontage road of I-37.
